A home cast bagpiper of the Seaforth Highlanders of the 51st Highland division in WWII. Part of the Eighth Army under Montgomery in North Africa, they fought at El Alemein, Tripoli and Akarit.  These bagpipes are extremely difficult to cast and keep the detail.  I believe this is also one of the only kilts I have painted which is in motion with wind.  The mold for this figure comes from Dunken castings.
